Regular Schedule: Pick one of the dates below and sign up for our regularly scheduled Scuba Skills Update. Typically this course lasts anywhere from 2-3 hrs. and is in a group setting with other students.

Private Class: If our scheduled classes don’t work for you, or you'd like to have your own private session, we'll set up a class based on your schedule and get you an instructor for a one-on-one training session.

 

Has it been a year or more since you've been diving?
Are you looking to brush up on your skills before going on vacation? Jump in for a Scuba Skills Update class!

This course is designed to help you get your skills back up to speed and feeling comfortable in the water. Our expert staff will guide you through any skills you don't feel confident in, as well as reinforcing the critical ones!

There are two options to complete this course: take a group class in one of our monthly classes, or do it privately whenever it is convenient for you. Either way, we’re looking forward to help you get back in the water!

What’s Included?

  • Student Digital Materials ($30 value)

  • Academics

  • In-water training (indoor heated pool)

  • Equipment rental for the duration of the class

  • Student discount on mask, snorkel, fins, boots, and mesh bag.

 

Schedule:

Classes are at UWC, from 6 pm to 9 pm.

Important note:

One of the documents required for this course is the Medical Statement. Depending on your answers to the questionnaire a physician’s or other legally certified medical provider’s signature on the Medical Statement might be required prior to you getting in the water. It is important to read the form ahead of time so you have plenty of time to set an appointment if necessary. Click HERE to download the form.

You can learn how to tell if a physician’s or other legally certified medical provider’s signature is required by reading the form’s instructions or our FAQ. Don’t worry if you still are unsure whether a signature is required on your form or not, once you sign the course’s DocuSign Packet, we will contact you about it, if needed. Please remember that the Medical Statement’s 3rd page must be signed by a DO, MD, NP, or PA-C. A Doctor’s Note is NOT acceptable.
